You will be the link between portfolio management, projects and leadership in a changing business. Within our department, focusing on portfolio, projects and planning, we are responsible for the delivery of the project portfolio and contribute to making the whole company more data-driven. You will collaborate with different departments to create insights and patterns that deliver real value.

About the role

As a Portfolio Analyst, you will play a key role in our business by supporting portfolio and project management. You will develop and provide data-driven insights, analysis and visualizations that empower decision-making at strategic, tactical and operational levels.

In the role you will:

• Optimize portfolio management through better analytics and reporting
• Improve forecasting capabilities through data-driven insights and predictive models
• Efficiently utilize resources by identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
• Transform data into decisions by analyzing complex information and making it accessible and actionable
• Lead, develop and ensure that data becomes a strategic asset by building structures for data-driven decision-making
• Develop and implement tools and dashboards that create clarity and transparency
• Influence colleagues and grow others by acting as a sounding board on data issues
• Establish structures and ways of working that enable comparisons and prioritization between projects
• Create clear and visual reports and decision support that provide a comprehensive overview of the organization's overall development portfolio

Requirements

We are looking for you with:

• Relevant academic degree
• Experience in portfolio management, project management or business development
• Experience in data analysis and statistical modeling, using tools such as Excel, SQL, R or Python
• Experience in visualization and reporting with tools such as Power BI and Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is meritorious)
• Advantageous if you have knowledge of PMO (Project Management Office)

We are looking for you who have a strong analytical ability and a passion for problem solving. You are curious and change-oriented, and like to explore new ways of working and techniques. You are communicative and pedagogical, with an ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing. You have a good ability to network and interact with managers and staff at different levels. In addition, you have a strong drive and commitment to digitalization, analysis and statistics. You are used to influencing and supporting others by acting as a sounding board in data issues.

Fluent English and Swedish are a requirement in both speech and writing.
