Business Unit (BU) Vattenfall Power Solutions is a business unit of approximately 600 people within Business Area (BA) Vattenfall Generation that trains personnel in Swedish nuclear power, delivers nuclear fuel to Vattenfall's nuclear power plants, develops and implements projects and assignments and provides internal technical specialist services for all of Vattenfall's operations, Group staffs and stakeholders. This includes activities such as development and delivery of training, project management and project support, analysis management and investigation, product development, nuclear safety and dam safety assignments.
We work actively with continuous improvement initiatives and development of our models, where our work and competence create great value for Vattenfall and its investments.
We work closely and in some cases fully integrated with other Business Units within the Vattenfall Group. We also create external international business where we see that it benefits our strategic direction. The Business Development department leads and develops the Business Unit (BU) Vattenfall Power Solutions (VPS) business development and marketing efforts. We are responsible for establishing insights and relationships with our key stakeholders. We work in an integrated way with them and have an ongoing dialog about their challenges going forward. Internally within VPS, we drive issues to meet these challenges effectively and with high quality. We seek synergies with other parts of Vattenfall and the industry to promote learning through collaboration.

Now we are looking for a Portfolio Partner who primarily acts at the interface between BU VPS and other parts of the Vattenfall Group, such as SKB, Forsmark, Ringhals and Vattenfall's hydropower operations. International business contacts may also be relevant.
Responsibilities and tasks
As a Portfolio Partner, you are a key player in driving collaboration between our unit and our strategically important partners. You are responsible for all overall dialogue and optimize collaborations from a holistic perspective to ensure cost-effective deliveries and efficient use of resources and skills. You will keep abreast of relevant developments that affect our actions. Through close dialogue and collaboration with partners at different levels, you interpret future needs and communicate them clearly and proactively internally so that others can take over and carry out projects and assignments.
Central to your role is to actively participate in important decision-making forums, make recommendations to decision-makers and contribute to the strategic development of the business. Together with your colleagues, you will continuously drive improvements and synergies in working methods and deliveries.

Location: Primarily intended to be in Solna as the geographical focus of the role is on the east coast, but this can be discussed. Travel is included as a natural part of the service, but we are actively working with technical aids to reduce these.
