This is the job:
If you become a process operator with us, your employment will begin with a comprehensive operational and process-oriented internal training aimed at the Ringhals plant. You will learn both the theoretical basics and follow a shift team for practical elements at the plant.
After the training, you will be an important part of a shift team, consisting of just over 25 people, who all have different roles in the work. The shift team is responsible for the operational management and supervision of the Ringhals plant and together you ensure that the plant produces electricity in wet and dry. You work according to a rolling shift schedule where the shifts are evenly distributed between morning, afternoon and night. During a shift period, you work both weekdays and weekends, the period ends with a longer leave.

Are you interested in power and heat, electricity, control technology or how a nuclear power plant works? Then you are the one we are looking for!
As you will work closely with different positions in your shift team, it is also important that you can build good relationships and see cooperation as a success factor. As the nature of the work can be fast-paced and sometimes stressful, it's important that you can stay calm and focused on the task at hand. During some shifts, the pace can also be calmer, we therefore see that you have the ability to identify what needs to be done, grasp the task and drive the work forward.

Employment conditions: Probationary employment for the first 6 months, then permanent employment. Basic salary during the study period, in case of shift work, Ob supplement will be added. Health tests will be carried out before employment, including allergies, asthma, eczema.
Access: In order to gain a deeper understanding of the business and the service, it is good if you can start your employment already during the summer of 2025, the latest start date is at the start of training in August 2025.
