About the role
We are looking for you who want to join our development journey and play a key role by defining, implementing and driving customer-centric product development for our digital products in the role of Product Manager Digital.
Vattenfall Eldistribution is in the middle of the energy transition and has a central role in the electrification that is currently taking place at the societal level. The transition means greatly increased customer interactions in all channels, which places completely new demands on, among other things, our digital customer interfaces.
CX & Digital Channels is a newly established team that leads and supports the organization in working more customer-centric. We conduct qualitative research and collect quantitative data related to our customers' experience, behavior and needs. Based on insights, the team drives development work together with the organization in order to meet customer needs in, among other things, the digital products and create business value. The team owns and drives the development of Vattenfall Electricity Distribution's digital products through product management, product ownership and all the way to implementation and measurement of customer behavior and experience. The digital channels are also covered by web solutions for which the team is product owner. The team consists of competencies in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Service Design, UX Design and Front-End Development.
About the role
As a Product Manager (PM) you will be a key person in shaping the customer experience in our digital channels. Based on business requirements and customer insights, you will lead the development and implementation of product strategies that set the direction for the digital products. You will work in a strategic and tactical role, in close dialog with stakeholders, service designers and product owners, and operationally drive through the strategy in close collaboration with the product owners and competencies from, for example, Tech and UX. The role requires a product-driven person with an interest in creating business value, a basic technical understanding and a customer-centric approach where insights are translated into a clear product plan. The goal is to put the customer in focus and create a customer-centric product development.
You work in a dynamic environment where structures and working methods are under construction and it is therefore important that you thrive in this environment and take the initiative to set new structures, create hypotheses and drive the work forward.
