We are now looking for Product Owners for the Operations & Maintenance Support department

The Operations & Maintenance Support department has an overall supporting function in business and system development to the other operational departments within the unit. We are a group with a wide range of specialized skills where everyone collaborates and develops each other. Together with us, you will have the opportunity to influence both your own work and the future of Vattenfall Eldistribution.

Role as Product Owner

In this role, you will have an important task in being responsible for and driving the work on the development of the electricity network monitoring system. You will act as a bridge between the operational business and IT/OT and ensure that the business needs are met by the system. You will work with requirements gathering and quality assurance of delivery against set requirements. In addition to system issues, the role may also include work with business development, project planning and participation in the strategic work.

Travel occurs in the service. Mainly to Trollhättan as the majority of our users are stationed there.

Requirements

We are looking for you who are passionate about developing our business and delivering benefits in the form of system development. In this role you will work closely with our users and suppliers so it is important that you have good interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships. You have the ability to plan and prioritize your work in an efficient way to be able to maintain a good structure in your projects. Since our industry is undergoing a technological shift, it is also of great importance that you are responsive and adaptable to changing conditions.

We know that you will develop with us. But for this position, you are required to already have:

• An academic degree in electrical power/IT/OT and/or several years of relevant equivalent work experience, preferably from the energy industry or similar industries
• Experience in running and managing projects
• Knowledge and experience in realizing business requirements in a system solution
• Experience in OT and/or operations is meritorious
• Experience with SCADAsystems from a user perspective is meritorious
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English both in speech and writing is a requirement
