We are now looking for you who want to combine the role of Product Owner and Data Steward for development and information related to asset management.

About the role

In the role of Product Owner and Data Steward, you will be part of the Asset Performance group, whose task is to analyze the electricity network's existing facilities and optimize maintenance and reinvestment plans. You will work closely with data analysts and asset experts in the group to ensure that information management and IT development maximizes business value.

This is a role for you if you want to lead product development and ensure high quality and integrity in information management, Your work will be crucial to support a data-driven approach and enable insights that contribute to a sustainable future.

Your main tasks will include:

  • lead the collaboration with the developer team including deciding on priorities for future development together with other product owners and scrum masters
  • support data analysts in the business with information management best practices
  • work strategically on improving the company's data quality
  • maintain and implement the organization's guidelines and policies for information governance

Requirements

This is a business-supporting, broad and varied role which means you need to have a genuine interest in understanding the business with a curious and solution-oriented approach.

We are looking for you who have:

  • relevant university education in IT, computer science, or other education / work experience that the employer considers equivalent
  • several years of experience working closely with business analytics and/or data engineering and information management
  • a couple of years of experience in requirements setting between business and developers
  • current experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product development and / or data governance and information management.

It is meritorious if you have experience working with data and information in the electricity network industry.

Personal qualities:

As a person, you are self-driven and solution-oriented with a sense of strategic analysis, coordination and structure. You do not hesitate to take on tough challenges and have good teamwork skills that lead to a work climate where those you work with are motivated.
