Your areas of work as a Programme Engineer

A Programme Engineer's area of work can be described as supporting the Programme Manager in running the programme administratively in order to manage the programme as intended. The tasks will include the following areas where the program engineer manages the day-to-day work, but also helps to plan and develop the procedures for:

  • overall monitoring of the program
  • time and resource planning and monitoring
  • risk management
  • financial monitoring and invoice management
  • business management and internal communication
  • system access and permissions
  • experience feedback
  • orders and authorizations
  • documentation management


The content of the work may vary according to the needs of each programme and to the interests and strengths of the employee.



Requirements


We are looking for you who are at the start of your career and who want to deepen and broaden your skills as a program engineer. We see that in this role you have great opportunities to develop into a role as a project manager here with us.

To succeed in the role, you need :

  • have a university or college education of at least 180hp (120p) with a focus on technology, economics, urban planning or social planning
  • have good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • have a driving license for a passenger car


It is meritorious if you have:

  • experience in business areas related to the energy or utilities industry, preferably from both the client and supplier side
  • competence in the Microsoft package, SAP and any time management tool


Your personal qualities:

To fit the role, we believe that you are a social person with good collaboration skills who plans and structures your work well. Furthermore, you can adapt your approach and actions to match changing needs in different situations.
