About the role

Sweden has embarked on a historic transition and is facing a comprehensive electrification of society. To demonstrate our ambition to contribute to the energy transition and to continue to enable increased electrification of Sweden, we aim to distribute twice as much electricity in our electricity grid by 2030 and to transmit electricity with 99.99% reliability.
This means that we need to continue to grow and are now looking for a Program Manager for Program Management at Vattenfall Eldistribution.
Responsibilities
As a Program Manager with us, you are responsible for leading and managing investment programs within Asset Investment and delivering against set goals with a focus on time, cost and content. The programs include projects such as new and rebuilding in the electricity network, such as stations, cables and overhead lines with associated technology. You will:
To help you and your program team, you have support functions and a program steering group. Reporting to the Head of Program Management, you will manage both internal and external contacts such as customer dialogues, portfolio steering group, portfolio managers and lead project managers.
You will be part of a team of senior program managers who value proactivity, engagement and open dialogue. We have high standards and together we challenge and deliver results.
Travel in the service occurs.
