The Program Management department is growing and looking for the next star who wants to join us on the journey. Right now, our team consists of a happy bunch of 9 program managers who together form the heart of our program management. Your main assignment is to lead and manage one or more investment programs. As a program manager, you are responsible for the entire program and the results of the included projects in terms of time, cost and content. For this role, the program Capacity West is relevant. This is a program that is in its infancy and, as program manager, you get the opportunity to be involved in starting up, shaping and establishing the program.

You are a project sponsor and also an agent in contracts. You have a major commitment to supporting and guiding project managers and making decisions on strategically important issues. One of the main tasks is to ensure the program's delivery and progress through both financial decisions and TG decisions. To help you, you have your program steering group where you also get support in prioritizing within the program when needed.

You lead a program team that includes support functions for the program and you as program manager. You are also the face of the program to contractors, suppliers and customers. At the department, you are also expected to contribute to the development of program management and contribute to and drive the change work that is needed. You report to the head of the Program Management department.

The position involves regular travel.

Requirements specification

To succeed in the role, it is important that you are results-oriented and have the ability to lead many people in a prestigious and clear way. You are structured in your approach and drive your work on your own in collaboration with the team around you. In the role of program manager, you have many stakeholders and it is therefore important that you are a good communicator, leader and negotiator.

We are looking for you who have

  • Academic education of at least 300 credits.
  • At least 10 years' experience of major projects and programs with verified positive results and budget responsibility.
  • You should have leadership experience and be comfortable managing other resources
  • Very good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing in Swedish and English
  • Driving license B

It is an advantage if you have experience of the following

  • Construction work environment coordination (BAS P/U) and work environment issues
  • Procurement and negotiation
  • Proactive collaboration and ombudsman role
  • Construction law (AB04, ABT06 and ABK09)
  • Permit procedure, consultation or concession issues
  • Construction and civil engineering
  • Electrical power and electrical systems
