About the role

We are now looking for a project manager with a location in Täby. You will be part of a lovely and happy team with salespeople and project managers in the real estate department.

Your duties include, among other things.:

• project management and independently managing projects in terms of planning, finance and internal and external communication
• close cooperation in all projects between colleagues and other contractors and clients
• supervising fitters and subcontractors in the project
• technical sales, calculation and quotations
• sales presentations
• customer meetings
• installation coordination
• construction meetings

Requirements specification

We are looking for you who have:

• several years of project management experience in a sales role
• several years of work experience in refrigeration and/or heat pumps and/or building automation.
• good knowledge of Office packages and other digital planning systems
• very good knowledge of Swedish both in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you have experience of:

• project management
• VVS (heating, cooling, vent, control, electricity, solar)
• contract law (ABT 06m.m.)
• previous work in energy saving measures in real estate
• good knowledge of English both in speech and writing

Personal qualities:

To succeed in this role, you need to thrive in a coordinating and work management role. You are service-oriented and communicative with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. You have a sense of structure and are self-driven in your way of working.
