About the role

As a Project Manager you will work in our large service agreements in distribution networks with maintenance of overhead and underground cable networks at different voltage levels. You will work on many different types of projects that vary in size. The smaller projects often last only one day and require more administration and coordination. The larger projects include more work management and customer contact and extend over a few months.

For the role of Project Manager, we are looking for you who are motivated by creating the best conditions for the technicians in the field and for the organization. The work is independent but at the same time requires a strong focus on collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders. In summary, the role involves a strong focus on safety, progress, commitment and quality.

Requirements specification

As a Project Manager with us, you will be the technicians' main contact for the work carried out in the field. Work management is a big part of everyday life and therefore we are looking for you who have a problem-solving and coaching approach.

In addition to leadership, a large part of the work is to be able to independently drive the projects forward. We are therefore looking for you who want to take responsibility and who have a great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act professionally with good entrepreneurship and you would never let profitability come before safety. With us at Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first!

We know that you will develop together with us. But for this position, you are required to already have:

• A completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electricity, electric power, technology, economics or other relevant field
• B-driving license, as travel occurs in the service
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing. English is meritorious

We see it as meritorious if you have:

• Work experience in project management, coordination or case management
• Work experience in the electricity or electric power field or overall electricity knowledge
