As a Project Manager, you will work in our large service agreements within distribution networks with maintenance of overhead and ground cable networks within different voltage levels.

We are looking for you who are motivated by creating the best conditions for the technicians out in the field and for the organization. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, commitment and quality. Our hope is that you will help the business to grow and, in addition, generate additional opportunities in cooperation with customers and suppliers. In the role of Project Manager, you will mainly work from your office, but you will also be out on site. The work is independent, but at the same time a great focus on cooperation and communication with both internal and external actors is required.

Some of your main duties:

• Responsibility for business planning and the implementation of the projects through work management and coordination.
• Inform and report on the project's status to the client
• Responsible for the financial outcome of the projects/assignments as well as managing closing and follow-up on the finances
• Participate in construction meetings and negotiations with the customer
• Actively contribute to us creating Sweden's safest workplace together

Travel is a natural part of the work as a Project Manager. Projects within the service agreements require shorter day trips within the nearest geography.

Your background

As a Project Manager with us, you will be the technicians' main contact for the work carried out in the field. Leadership is a large part of everyday life, and therefore we are looking for someone who has a problem-solving and coaching approach.

In addition to leadership, a large part of the work is being able to drive projects forward independently. We are therefore looking for someone who wants to take responsibility and who has a great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act business-wise with good entrepreneurship and you would never let profitability come before safety. At Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first!

We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

• A completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electricity, electric power, technology, economics or another relevant field.
• Work experience of work management or project management
• Work experience in the field of electricity or electric power or general knowledge of electricity is advantageous
• Experience from the contracting industry is advantageous
• Computer skills (Office package) and experience of process-controlled work in case management systems
• B driver's license, when travel is part of the job
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. English is meritorious
