As a Project Manager/Maintenance Manager you will work with maintenance and services in substations and power stations in our service agreements in station maintenance.

We are looking for you who are motivated by creating the best conditions for the technicians in the field and for the organization. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, commitment and quality. In the role of Project Manager/Maintenance Manager, you will mainly work from your office but you will also be out in the field. The work is independent but at the same time requires a strong focus on collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Some of your main duties:

• Responsibility for business planning and implementation of the projects through work management and coordination.
• Informing and reporting on the status of the project to the client.
• Responsible for the financial outcome of the projects/assignments and manage the closing and follow-up of the finances.
• Participate in construction meetings and in negotiations with the customer.
• Active contribution to new business with new and existing customers.
• Active contribution to creating Sweden's safest workplace together.

Travel is a natural part of the work as Project Manager/Maintenance Manager. A small number of overnight stays may occur.

Requirements

As a Project Manager/Maintenance Supervisor with us, you will be the technicians' main contact for the work performed in the field. Leadership is a big part of everyday life and therefore we are looking for you who have a problem-solving and coaching approach.

In addition to leadership, a large part of the work is to be able to independently drive the projects forward. We are therefore looking for you who want to take responsibility and who have a great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act professionally with good entrepreneurship and you would never let profitability come before safety. With us at Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first!

We know that you will develop with us, but we would like to see that you already have:

• A completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electricity, electric power, technology, economics or other relevant field.
• Work experience of work management or project management.
• Work experience in the field of electricity or electric power or overall electrical knowledge is an advantage.
• If you have been Bas-U/Bas-P, we see it as an advantage.
• Experience from the construction industry is an advantage.
• Computer skills (Office package) and experience of process-driven work in case management systems.
• B driving license, as travel occurs in the service.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing. English is an advantage.
