Vattenfall Services is looking for a committed and experienced Safety Project Manager to join our department which includes operational HSSEQ specialists, project managers and interim managers. We work as internal consultants within Vattenfall Services and perform consulting services for our customers.

The role includes:

  • Responsible for the projects' objectives in terms of time and costs.
  • Ensure that identified safety, quality and environmental requirements are met.
  • Communicate internally and externally within the company, as well as with other companies, authorities and organizations involved in the project.
  • Monitor the implementation of projects and have ongoing communication with project employees and customers.
  • Ensure that projects are completed and invoiced correctly.

Requirements specification

We are looking for you who have experience of working in physical protection. This includes work with locks, alarms and access control systems, camera surveillance and experience of regulations on physical protection such as fences and doors. You should have experience in project planning and project management up to the delivery of the facility. Good communication skills and experience of reporting to both line manager and contract manager as well as to the customer. Previous experience working as a project manager and specialist in the security field is essential. The work is often done remotely from our offices in Sweden, therefore you need to take great responsibility and be self-driven.

We know that you will develop with us, but in addition to the above, we would like you to already have:

  • High school or university education or work experience in the security area / industry that can be equated with this.
  • Computer skills, including the Office package, and the ability to familiarize yourself with other systems used in the business.
  • Fluent Swedish and English, and to be able to adapt your communication depending on who the recipient is.
  • It is meritorious if you have extensive knowledge of alarm and access control systems and knowledge of Assa Abloy Arx.
