The Lighting business area is a leader in Sweden when it comes to knowledge in the field of lighting. We deliver energy-efficient complete solutions to our customers. Our customers are the Swedish Transport Administration, municipalities, construction companies and in the industrial and infrastructure sector. Examples of areas where we work are road lighting, lighting of buildings, bridges, trees and monuments. We work customer-oriented in a goal-driven and project-oriented organization.

Division Lighting South is now looking for our next project manager who is driven by working closely with their customers and with long-term relationships. As a project manager, you are responsible for planning and executing projects in the existing DoU agreements as well as new agreements that we win in tenders. Your main customers will be Trafikverket Halland and various municipalities.

You are involved in the entire process from tender calculation to contract writing and then run the agreements. You work together with technicians and subcontractors who carry out planned maintenance work, fix faults and build new lighting installations. You'll be responsible for upselling to existing customers and will be involved in developing new customers. We believe that the most important quality to succeed as a project manager is your drive for business and achieving set goals.

Your main tasks:

• Lead and distribute the work in your projects
• Responsible for the finances of the projects
• Maintain contacts with customers, clients and subcontractors
• Compile quotations and participate in tenders
• Procurement of contractors, services and materials
• Financial and technical follow-up when analyzing projects
• Ensuring compliance with our market-leading environmental and health and safety procedures

Requirements specification

We know that you will develop with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

• Experience in project management and project economics in the electricity industry. Meritorious if it is in public lighting.
• A completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electricity.
• B driving license, as day trips occur in the service.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good computer skills.

Experience in construction law, basic work environment training, training in BAS U/P, Work on the road and ESA is meritorious.

We place great emphasis on your personal skills. We are looking for you who are outgoing, driven and passionate about customer care and new business. You are responsive and easy to work with. To succeed in the role, you need to have a results-oriented and businesslike approach. As you will work process-driven in various data and case management systems, you also need to have structural and administrative skills.
