We need more energy heroes and now we are looking for Project Managers and Maintenance Managers who want to join the journey towards a fossil-free life!

As a Project and Maintenance Manager, you will work in our large service agreements in distribution networks with maintenance of overhead and underground cable networks within different voltage levels.

We are looking for you who are motivated by creating the best conditions for the technicians in the field and for the organization. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, commitment and quality. Our hope is that you will help the business grow and also generate further opportunities in cooperation with customers and suppliers. In the role of Project and Maintenance Manager, you will mainly work from your office but you will also be out on site. The work is independent but at the same time requires a strong focus on cooperation and communication with both internal and external actors.

Some of your main tasks:

  • Responsibility for business planning and implementation of the projects through work management and coordination.
  • Inform and report on the status of the project to the client
  • Responsible for the financial outcome of the projects/assignments and manage the closure and follow-up on the economy
  • Be involved in construction meetings and in negotiations with the customer
  • Active contribution to creating Sweden's safest workplace

Travel is a natural part of the work as a Project and Maintenance Manager. Projects within the service agreements require shorter day trips within the nearest geography.

Requirements

As a Project and Maintenance Manager with us, you will be the technicians' primary contact for work performed in the field. Leadership is a big part of everyday life and therefore we are looking for you who have a problem-solving and coaching approach.

In addition to leadership, a large part of the work is to be able to independently drive the projects forward. We are therefore looking for you who want to take responsibility and who have a great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act professionally with good entrepreneurship and you would never let profitability come before safety. We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

  • A completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electricity, electric power, technology, economics or other relevant field.
  • Work experience of work management or project management
  • Work experience in the electricity or electric power area or overall electricity knowledge is meritorious
  • Experience from the construction industry is meritorious
  • Computer skills (Office package) and experience of process-driven work in case management systems
  • B driving license, as travel occurs in the service
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing. English is meritorious
