Dalenbergs El & Maskinteknik is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vattenfall Services, which belongs to the Vattenfall Group. Now we are expanding the business and are therefore looking for two project managers, one in construction and one in industry.
At Dalenbergs El & Maskinteknik we are a committed team that works with a variety of customers in varying industries. Our headquarters are in Skene but we operate throughout Sweden and also have some assignments abroad.
Your role as Project Manager
In the role of project manager, you run the entire tender and project process for our contracts. You calculate the tender documents, resources and materials for the projects and monitor the market. To thrive in the role, you are motivated by creating the best conditions for the electricians in the field and our customers. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress and quality.
With our broad customer base, you get to work on varied and exciting projects, ranging from energy projects to large construction contracts in the order of SEK 100 thousand to SEK 10 million. Our flat organization means that you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to development and improvement, regardless of your role.
Qualifications
As a Project Manager with us, you are the Electricians' main contact for the work carried out in the field. Leadership is a big part of everyday life and we are looking for you who have a problem-solving approach. You like to take responsibility and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces. Furthermore, you are confident in yourself and act in a businesslike manner with good entrepreneurship.

Location
Our office is located in Skene where the majority of our employees are based. In the role of Project Manager you will mainly work from the office but will also be out on site. We offer the possibility of hybrid work 1-2 days/week. We work mainly nationally but if you are interested, it may also be relevant to travel abroad.
