We are on an exciting development journey and are looking for you who want to grow with us. We are now strengthening our project office to meet the growing needs of the business - and you will have a key role in taking our project and portfolio management to the next level.
As a project portfolio manager, you will be the link between management, projects and portfolio. You will help create structure, overview and direction in a changing business. Within our department, we form Ringhals project office with the responsibility to deliver a unified project portfolio. Through joint efforts, we meet the development needs of the plants and help create the conditions for safe and stable production.
About the role
As a project portfolio manager, you are the hub between our strategies and the implementation of projects. You create the conditions for the realization of the organization's needs through efficient and successful projects. You will play a key role in developing and improving practices and methodologies in project management, portfolio management and experience management. Your expertise will be crucial to ensure effective and strategically aligned management of our project portfolio.
In the role, you will:
- Drive improvement: Follow up on projects and introduce smarter ways of working to develop the project office.
- Coordinate the portfolio: Coordinate projects, follow up on progress and ensure delivery on target, on time and on budget.
- Manage risks: Identify risks and obstacles in the portfolio and ensure timely solutions.
- Contribute strategically: Support management with prioritization and ensure projects support business objectives.
- Lead development forums: Bring together cross-functional groups to strengthen project culture and common understanding.
- Communicate clearly: Produce decision documents and reports that provide oversight for management and steering committee.
- Create structure for prioritization: Establish ways of working that enable comparisons and smarter choices between projects.

You are used to leading and coordinating in developing organizations, and thrive in a role where you get to create clarity, prioritize and support management in strategic decisions. You are confident in building relationships and collaborating across departments, while having an eye for detail and the ability to translate business needs into tangible results. With a committed and solution-oriented approach, you will help ensure that our projects are run efficiently and deliver real value.
Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English is a requirement.
