About the role

You will be part of the Nuclear Power Service business area whose task is to deliver maintenance services and construction projects to mainly energy-producing customers but also other manufacturing industries. We work with remedial and preventive maintenance, analyzes and renewal projects in, among other things, nuclear power and FDA where high quality requirements and order are in focus.

You will be part of a group that works with all departments in the Nuclear Power Service business area, but primarily you will work with a department that works with welding of various pipe systems on behalf of the customer. The department's customers are mainly in the nuclear power and food and pharmaceutical industries, but also in the manufacturing industry.

As Project Support with us, you are responsible for supporting the business with tasks in administration, purchasing and finance. You will work closely with the project management to support throughout the project from start-up to completion. Examples of tasks include:

• Make technical orders for materials
• Create invoices and send to customers
• Handle invoices in dialogue with the project manager and department manager
• Monitor time reporting
• Have a dialogue with subcontractors

Requirements specification

We are looking for you who are orderly and who enjoy working independently in a responsible role. As there are many different projects going on at the same time, it is important that you are flexible, proactive and can handle many different work tasks at the same time. The role also requires you to have good collaboration skills as you will work closely with both technicians, customers and suppliers.

We know that you will develop with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

• A completed 3-year upper secondary education
• Experience in purchasing and / or finance
• Experience in using the Microsoft Office package and in searching and evaluating information
• Knowledge of the business system SAP is meritorious
• Working experience of welding and assembly and / or the process industry is meritorious
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing is a requirement
