The Department of Pipelines Kalix works with project management, preparation and execution of field work in the form of maintenance measures, network connections and fault repair. We are a group of 25 employees with a goal to be an efficient contracting group that hopes to grow.

Are you our next service-oriented and proactive project support who wants to be part of the journey towards a fossil-free future?

Your role as project support

As project support, you have an important responsibility in supporting and relieving the project management with mainly financial and administrative tasks. In this position, it is important that you feel confident in handling invoices and can structure your own way of working. You will work closely with the project management and the maintenance manager to keep order throughout the project from start-up to completion. Responsibilities include:

• Ongoing project financial management and reporting.
• Invoice management.
• Document management.
• Working with project reconciliations in the department together with the department manager.
• Creating and maintaining procedures and processes.

Requirements specification

We are looking for you who are orderly and who enjoy working independently in a responsible role. As there are many different projects going on at the same time, it is important that you are flexible, take initiative and can handle many different tasks at the same time. You are clear in your communication and show good social skills in your contacts and in your cooperation with colleagues and customers.

We know that you will develop with us but we would like to see that you already have

• You have at least a 3-year upper secondary education.
• You have previously worked with financial and/or administrative work where you have independently handled reporting, follow-up, invoicing and general project administration.
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• You are a proficient computer user and skilled at searching and evaluating information.
• Knowledge of financial systems and case management systems such as SAP and BEST is an advantage.
• B-driving license is a requirement as travel may occur in the service
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement and good knowledge of English is an advantage
