The Wiring Department Själevad works with project management, preparation and execution of field work in the form of maintenance measures, network connections and fault correction. We are a group of 15 employees with a goal to be an efficient contracting group that hopes to grow.

Your role as project support

As a project support, you have an important responsibility in supporting and relieving the project management with mainly financial and administrative tasks. In this position, it is important that you feel confident in handling invoices and can structure your own way of working. You will work closely with the project management and maintenance manager to keep order throughout the project from start-up to completion. Responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing financial management and reporting in the projects.
  • Invoice management.
  • Document management.
  • Work with project reconciliations in the department together with the department manager.
  • Create and maintain routines and processes.


Requirements

In this position, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and we are looking for you who are orderly and who thrive on working independently in a responsible role. As there are many different projects going on at the same time, it is important that you are flexible, take initiative and can handle many different tasks at the same time. You are clear in your communication and show good social skills in your contacts and in your cooperation with colleagues and customers.

We know that you will develop with us but we would like you to already have

  • You have at least a completed 3-year upper secondary education.
  • You have previously worked administratively and advantageously financially where you have independently handled reporting, follow-up and invoicing.
  • You are an experienced computer user and skilled at searching and evaluating information.
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement and good knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • B-driving license.


It is advantageous if you have

  • Experience in general project administration.
  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and case management systems such as SAP and BEST.
