Your role as project support

As project support, you have an important responsibility in supporting and relieving the project management with mainly financial and administrative tasks. In this position, it is important that you feel confident in handling invoices and can structure your own way of working. You will work closely with the project management to keep order throughout the project from start-up to completion. You are flexible in your role as you combine it in both internal and external assignments. Responsibilities include ongoing financial management in projects, invoice management, document management, contract interpretation and both creating and maintaining routines.

Requirements

  • You have at least a completed 3-year upper secondary education.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial and / or administrative work where you have independently handled reporting, follow-up, invoicing, contracts and general project administration.
  • You have a very good computer and system habit, you are skilled at searching and evaluating information in systems from the MS Office package.
  • B-driving license is a requirement.

We see this as meritorious

  • Experience working with document management systems or GIS.
  • Knowledge of real estate law as well as financial systems and case management systems such as SAP and BEST.
  • Experience in the construction and energy industry.
  • Experience from a consulting role.

In addition to your experience, we attach great importance to your personal qualities. We are looking for you who are orderly and who enjoy working independently in a responsible role. As there are many different projects going on at the same time, it is important that you are flexible, proactive and can handle many different tasks at the same time. You are clear in your communication, both in Swedish and English, and you show good social skills in your contacts and in your cooperation with both colleagues and customers.
