About the role
The Projects & Technology Department has an important and responsible mission, which is to develop methodology for and manage the nuclear waste arising from Sweden's early nuclear research programs. This includes three specialized units; Radiophysics & Development, Waste Technology & Investigation and Projects & Coordination.
For Projects & Technology, we are now looking for a QA and support manager for IT systems in nuclear technology. Are you a service-oriented and structured person who is passionate about creating quality and improvements in business-critical IT systems? About the role
We are now looking for a committed and service-oriented employee who will help us ensure high quality in our deliveries. SVALA is an IT system designed to support waste management and decommissioning in the nuclear power industry and industries that generate radioactive waste.
As QA and Support Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of SVALA and providing our customers with the support they need to succeed with our solutions. You will work closely with both the development team and our business analysts to ensure we deliver what is promised - both in terms of functionality, user experience and documentation. Knowledge of common QA tools and methods, as well as experience working with support cases.

Location: Solna or Studsvik (about 25 km from Nyköping and 100 km south of Stockholm).
