About the role

Enwell is now looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician based in Tranås. The head office is located in Tranås and we are looking for you who have previous long experience of working with Service / Repair of heat pumps, refrigeration machines & air conditioning in Property / Villa. You should also have experience working with digital reporting as our working method requires this. Meritorious if you have previously had a supervisory role or similar.

As a refrigeration technician with us, it is important that you have good social skills and that you put the customer's experience of our visit in focus. Customer focus is and will always be an important part of working at Enwell.

About the role

As a refrigeration technician in the service department, you have a varied job where you will work with service / repair of refrigeration systems and heat pumps for both companies and private customers. Our service department currently employs 10 refrigeration technicians / service technicians.

The service car is a benefit car with us, which means that you can start from home. As an employee with us, you are also covered by a valuable benefits package.

You also want to continuously expand your knowledge as our industry is constantly evolving. Heavy lifting may be involved. The heaviest workload is in winter and additional hours may be required during peak periods. The role requires good written and oral skills in Swedish.

Your duties include.a:

• Service, troubleshooting and repair of heat pumps, cooling machines & air conditioning in the villa segment and the real estate segment
• Daily reporting in our digital planning systems via computer/mobile
• Contact with our suppliers
• Handling warranty cases
• Calculate needs, provide cost proposals and sell solutions
• Review documents in your assignments for invoicing
• Contact with customers by phone and email
• Collaborate closely with our management
• Ordering/handling of machines/spare parts

Requirements

Requirements

• Certified as a refrigeration technician category 1 (Requirement)
• Experience working with real estate installations (Requirement)
• Experience in Service/Repair of Heat Pumps, (Requirements)
• Driving license B (Requirements)
• Hot work certificate is a (Requirement)
• Good knowledge of Office packages and other digital planning systems (Requirements)
• Good written and oral knowledge of Swedish (Requirements)

Meriterande

• Truck card / Mobile platform meritorious
• Experience of plumbing work
• Experience with ventilation systems
