Who are we?
The Plant Protection and Surveillance Unit, works to protect the plant against unauthorized intrusion, sabotage or other such influences that may lead to a radiological accident or unauthorized handling of nuclear material or nuclear waste. The unit has a large operational activity and cooperates closely with the entire organization and external authorities. The unit's mission is to maintain physical protection and create security. The unit provides expertise and resources for the entire Ringhals in the field of plant protection and surveillance.

About the job
For our unit, we are now looking for a Security Coordinator. As a Security Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating issues regarding physical protection at Ringhals. You will focus on the unit's compliance with internal and external requirements and consider the security significance within and outside the unit's operations with a strong emphasis on a holistic perspective for Ringhals. You will be an objective reviewer and developer within physical protection and primarily within the unit who checks, evaluates, analyzes and follows up. You will also be the unit's contact person towards the head of security protection.
Requirement specification
About you
We believe that you as an applicant have experience from similar work in the security industry. You have a post-secondary education in security, risk management or similar areas. To succeed in the role, we see that you are outgoing and good at making contacts and easy to collaborate with different people to achieve common results. We also look for you to have experience in interpreting and applying regulations and laws in the field in order to perform your duties correctly and efficiently. It is also important that you have good analytical skills as you will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing physical protection. You see collaboration as a success factor while being able to work independently. As a person, you are structured, calm and stable even in stressful situations. You are clear in your communication and easy to express yourself in Swedish both in speech and writing.
