Vattenfall Customer Service Nordic is responsible for sales, billing and customer service via traditional and digital channels for Vattenfall customers in the Nordic region. Our customer service is located in Umeå, Solna and Helsinki and in total we are about 300 employees who together support Vattenfall's various businesses via the customer interface. We work for fossil freedom by guiding our customers to climate-smart solutions. Do you love sales and strive to always deliver first-class service to customers? Vattenfall Customer Service is now looking for more colleagues to join our sales team where we work with new customer sales through incoming calls, maybe you are the one we are looking for?
About the role
As a salesperson in our Sales Desk department, you will be responsible for providing our customers with world-class service and getting them to choose us as their electricity supplier. As a salesperson, you act as an ambassador for Vattenfall by creating first-class customer experiences for our customers using the phone as a working tool.
We at the Sales Desk are aware that success is built through collaboration and therefore have a close interaction in the team and are convinced that it leads to success both for the team but also for the individual colleague. For the right person, there are good opportunities to develop in sales as our strategy extends across the entire customer journey.
Who are we?
Within our team, we work in three different directions, as described below. In this role, your mission will be focused on new customer sales. As we are a large team with many different focus areas within the customer journey, there are opportunities for the right person to continue to develop and try new tasks in the future.

Location: Umeå. The work is done from the office but should the need arise, there is the possibility to work from home.
