About the role

Vattenfall Eldistribution is in the middle of the energy transition and has a central role in the powerful electrification that is currently taking place at the societal level. The transition means greatly increased customer interactions where the role of the Customer Information and Insights group is to translate business and market trends into business impact, analyze our customers and build forecasts to understand the growth rate.

We are now looking for a committed scrum master with an interest in the energy industry to support our product teams. You will be an enabler, ensuring smooth collaboration between product owners and the product team, while fostering a strong team culture. As a person, you are self-driven, flexible and with a good ability to build relationships.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for three agile teams. You will belong to the Customer Information & Insights team, but 50% of the time you will also support a development team belonging to Customer Experience & Digital Channels.

The teams you will support develop complex forecasts, analyzes and the development of customer insights and also design and develop Vattenfall Eldistribution's websites and web products, such as www.vattenfalleldistribution.se and My Pages.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Motivate and inspire the team around the agile way of working and promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
  • Lead stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives and other ceremonies.
  • Ensure adherence to Scrum values and practices.
  • Identify and remove barriers that impact team effectiveness and engagement.
  • Facilitate communication between teams and enable effective collaboration with other internal stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Relevant academic degree in a technical field.
  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master and a strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in project management is meritorious.
  • Experience in the energy industry is meritorious.
