Job description

The security unit carries out surveillance assignments, access administration and checks of people, goods and vehicles throughout Forsmark Kraftgrupp's area of operations.

The starting point for all work at Forsmark is safety. Adequate safety is a necessary prerequisite for the company's operations and must always be given the highest priority. Safety culture is a broad and general concept that includes everyone's commitment and responsibility for safety.

Your tasks

To carry out patrols, testing, alarm verification and checks on people, goods and vehicles. You are part of a shift team and you work according to a rolling shift schedule where the work shifts are evenly distributed between morning, afternoon and night.

As an experienced security guard, you will be further trained as a BC operator, where you serve in the Security Center and coordinate / monitor the activities in and around the facility.

Requirements

We would like you to

• Have a completed upper secondary education
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing and good oral knowledge of English
• Driving license B and preferably access to your own car

For the service, you also need to have good hearing, color vision and good physique. If you have knowledge of the plant, experience from leadership and shift work, it is considered an advantage.

As you will work in a shift team and have contact with other staff at Forsmark, good cooperation skills and a sense of service are a prerequisite for success in the role. We also see that you are persistent in your work and can take initiative to drive the work forward. To ensure compliance with requirements and laws, it is also important that you have good communication skills. Prior to a possible interview, you will complete a personality test via Alva Labs.
