About the role
The security unit carries out surveillance assignments, access administration and checks of people, goods and vehicles throughout Forsmark Kraftgrupp's area of operations.
The starting point for all work at Forsmark is safety. Adequate safety is a necessary prerequisite for the company's operations and must always be given the highest priority. Safety culture is a broad and general concept that includes everyone's commitment and responsibility for safety.
You are part of a group that ensures checks on people, goods and vehicles. In addition to the operational work, there are administrative tasks in the form of scheduling and resource ordering.
The working hours are daytime (06:30-15:00)
Requirements
We would like you to
- Have a completed upper secondary education
- Have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written and good oral knowledge of English
- Driving license B and preferably access to your own car
- Good knowledge of Office
For the position you also need to have good hearing, color vision and good physique. If you have knowledge of the facility, experience from leadership is an advantage. As part of the recruitment process, you will complete a personality test via our partner Alva Labs.
As you will work in a daytime group and have contact with other staff at Forsmark, good teamwork skills and a sense of service are a prerequisite for success in the role. We also see that you are persistent in your work and can take initiative to drive the work forward. To ensure compliance with requirements and laws, it is also important that you have good communication skills.

Buses to and from Forsmark are adapted to the working hours of daytime staff. You also have the opportunity to use our remote workplaces in Gävle and Uppsala or work from home if/when work allows.
