About us
Geab operates through three companies, the parent company Gotlands Energi AB and the subsidiaries Gotlands Elförsäljning AB and Gotlands Elnät AB. Geab is 75% owned by Vattenfall and 25% by Region Gotland. We are currently about 170 employees working in a variety of professions and areas of expertise.

About the position
As our Head of Security, you will have the opportunity to work broadly in security issues and security protection issues. You will be part of the company's management team and report directly to the CEO. You will thus have an important role with us where you are responsible for leading and developing the company's work on operational protection, security protection and emergency planning while contributing to the climate-smart society of the future.

Requirements
Your background
As a person we are looking for you who are energetic, self-driven and take their own initiative. To thrive in the role, you need to be able to manage uncertainty effectively as you work in a field that is constantly changing. You will collaborate with many different stakeholders and therefore we value your communication skills, you need to be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you know what physical security, information security, personnel security, resilience and incident management mean in practice.
