About the role

Do you want to work with safety in Vattenfall's property services and at the same time contribute to a fossil-free society?

We are now looking for a Safety Manager with Group Manager responsibility for our unit RE&FM (Real Estate & Facility Management) Nordic. As Group Manager, you will be organizationally placed in RE&FM Nordic, Facility Services, which is responsible for technical and conventional security services to Vattenfall's various business areas. The staff is located at the head office in Solna.

This is a tactical and operational role where the keywords are cooperation and collaboration, cost efficiency, environment, safety, service, customer satisfaction and quality.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and manage the security work within RE&FM Nordic together with the RE&FM Security Officer.
• Independently review operations, identify deviations, develop improvement measures and various initiatives to improve security within the organization.
• Lead and manage the operational activities with its staff, as well as ensuring delivery and collaboration in projects with relevant stakeholders.
• Together with our external contract partners, be responsible for the delivery of RE&FM's services to Vattenfall's various business areas, and follow up OPI (Operation Performance Index) as well as product and service quality.
• Contribute to the operational development and work with continuous improvements in safety coordination.
• Develop budgets for the Safety Coordination Group and continuously work with financial follow-up of the budget.
• Contribute to Vattenfall's overall goals.

Requirements

To succeed in the role of Group Manager, you have:

• A post-secondary education in a relevant field or other education and experience that we consider equivalent.
• Experience as a manager/leader.
• Relevant experience working in the security field, in particular in Physical Security, Security Risk Management and IT/OT Security. Personnel Security, Crisis and Incident Management and/or Civil Defense Management is an advantage.
• Experience of working with external suppliers.
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English is a requirement.
