At Vattenfall, we have decided to build a future where everyone can choose fossil-free ways to move, produce and live. Now Vattenfall Värme Sverige is looking for a Security Specialist who wants to be part of tomorrow's climate-smart society and help our customers steer towards a fossil-free life.
About the role
Vattenfall Värme continues to develop its security organization and as a Security Specialist with us, you will belong to Security & Resilience within the business unit. Our mission is to protect our business and corporate assets from security risks and challenges today and tomorrow, thus also protecting customers, employees, brand, information and physical assets.
You will work broadly with security issues at our plants and district heating networks as well as for our staff, and have overall operational responsibility for training, incident management and physical security. Among other things, you will:
Security protection work includes ensuring legal compliance both internally and in agreements we have with external parties. Operational security includes, among other things, legal compliance, physical security, safety of our personnel and incident management including investigation.
Security & Resilience at Vattenfall Värme also collaborates with the international security organization for Customer & Solutions and the Group function Corporate Security and Resilience, but the most important activities are carried out for the Heat business unit in Sweden.
