Job Description

As a Senior Buyer at ARKET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the assortment maximizes growth and profitability for our target customer and take an active role in doing sales analysis, taking actions and follow-up. You will also work in an environment where not every process and structure are set and flexibility, problem solving and a prestige less mindset will be important abilities to reach success.

Responsibilities

• Assortment Planning: Ensure the assortment meets the needs of our target customer and maximizes growth and profitability.
• Budget Management: Work with your plan and budget, continuously analyzing sales data.
• Sales Analysis: Conduct sales analysis every Monday and integrate findings into assortment planning.
• Strategy Development: Set clear strategies for the assortment plan and adjust based on analysis and market trends.
• Product Management: Drive product quality, material selection, and pricing to stay ahead in the market.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure a cohesive approach to product development.
• Flexibility and Problem-Solving: Adapt to new systems and structures, and solve problems proactively.
• Customer Focus: Identify ways to attract new customers and expand our reach.

Qualifications

• Experience: Significant experience as a buyer
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantification, sales analysis, and order handling.
• Business Acumen: Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking.
• Teamwork: Collaborative, inclusive, and engaging approach to working with others.
• Innovation: Entrepreneurial spirit, innovative thinking, and risk tolerance.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to various tasks.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and guide teams, taking ownership and driving projects forward.
• Passion and Engagement: Strong passion for fashion and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Previous experience working as a Senior Buyer in the H&M Group is advantageous

Additional Information

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in Södermalm, Stockholm. Starting as soon as possible. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
