About the role

We are now looking for a senior technician / heat pump installer with a location in Täby. We are looking for you who have previous long work experience of installing geothermal heating, air water and exhaust air heat pumps.

You should also have experience working with digital reporting as our way of working requires this. Meritorious if you have previously had a supervisory role or similar.

About the role

As a senior technician/heat pump installer in the service department, you have a varied job where you will work together with seven colleagues.

The service car is a company car with us, which means that you can start from home. As an employee with us, you are also covered by a valuable benefits package.

We expect you to want to continuously expand your knowledge as our industry is constantly evolving. Heavy lifting may be involved. The heaviest workload is in winter and additional hours may be required during peak periods. The role requires good written and oral skills in Swedish.

Your duties include:

• Responsible for the installation and commissioning of various types of heat pumps such as geothermal, air water and exhaust air heat pumps.
• Perform system installations in accordance with applicable regulations and safety standards.
• Ensure correct positioning, piping, electrical installation and connection of heat pump components.
• Conduct trial runs and functional tests of installed heat pumps.
• Perform regular maintenance and servicing of installed heat pumps to ensure optimal functioning of the systems.
• Identify and correct problems that may arise with heat pumps and other associated systems (e.g. circulation pumps, control systems).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems in the heating system.

Customer Contact and Advice

• Provide customers with guidance and advice on the choice of heating system based on their needs and the conditions of the property.
• Communicate with customers to ensure that installation and servicing are carried out according to expectations and timeframes.
• Inform customers about energy saving measures and the benefits of installing heat pumps.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records and reports of installations, servicing and fault finding.
• Ensure that all documentation, including warranties and certificates, is accurate and filed according to company procedures.

Requirements

Requirements

• More than 5 years of work experience in HVAC work
• More than 5 years of work experience as a technician / heat pump installer specializing in geothermal, air source and exhaust air heat pumps.
• Previous experience of working with property installations
• Driving license B (Requirement)
• Good knowledge of Office packages and other digital planning systems (Requirement)
• Good written and oral knowledge of Swedish (Requirement)
