About the role

Do you want to be an important part of the energy transition? Vattenfall Services is Sweden's leading contracting company in the energy and power sector and we develop Sweden's energy infrastructure. We need more energy heroes and we are now looking for Site Managers who want to join the journey towards a fossil-free life. Is that you? Together we make a difference, for the whole of society.

As Site Manager you will work with everything from large to small projects in complete solutions for electrical and control equipment to substations and power stations. This includes working with rebuilding and new construction of stations, substations and other power stations.

Some of your main tasks:

• Lead electrical engineering assembly work with the construction of regional and main grid stations as well as electrical installations in the electricity grid, hydropower and industry at voltage levels between 0.4 KV-400 KV
• Be an electrical safety leader and BAS-U on site and be responsible for safe work in the field for you and your colleagues. By assessing risks, conducting risk analyses and ensuring that all employees in the project have the right skills and equipment to work safely.
• Drive the work forward in accordance with the contract and schedule
• Document and inform about the progress of the work

Travel is a natural part of the work as Site Manager / Site Manager. Those who work on larger projects travel longer distances where overnight stays occur, usually commuting during the week and working on Fridays.

Requirement specification

As a Site Manager with us, you are the technicians' main contact for the work carried out in the field. You are also the contact person in the field with the customer, other contractors, etc. Leadership is a big part of everyday life and therefore we are looking for you who have a problem-solving and coaching approach.

Self-reliance is a big part of the work and is an important part of being able to move the work forward. We are therefore looking for you who take responsibility and have a great commitment to your assignments. You would never let profitability come before safety. With us at Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first!

We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

• Several years of work experience of assembly work in the field for contracts in the electrical or electric power area, preferably from a leading role that also involved being an electrical safety leader and BAS-U on site.
• Computer skills
• B driving license as travel in the service occurs
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing. English is meritorious
