About the role
Do you want to be an important part of the energy transition? Vattenfall Services is Sweden's leading contracting company in the energy and power sector and we develop Sweden's energy infrastructure. We need more energy heroes and we are now looking for Site Managers who want to join the journey towards a fossil-free life. Is that you? Together we make a difference, for the whole of society.
As Site Manager you will work with everything from large to small projects in complete solutions for electrical and control equipment to substations and power stations. This includes working with rebuilding and new construction of stations, substations and other power stations.
Some of your main tasks:
Travel is a natural part of the work as Site Manager / Site Manager. Those who work on larger projects travel longer distances where overnight stays occur, usually commuting during the week and working on Fridays.
Requirement specification
As a Site Manager with us, you are the technicians' main contact for the work carried out in the field. You are also the contact person in the field with the customer, other contractors, etc. Leadership is a big part of everyday life and therefore we are looking for you who have a problem-solving and coaching approach.
Self-reliance is a big part of the work and is an important part of being able to move the work forward. We are therefore looking for you who take responsibility and have a great commitment to your assignments. You would never let profitability come before safety.
