In the role of HR administrator in the HR Direct group, you will work broadly with general HR issues and support employees, managers and other HR staff with HR and personnel administration issues. For example, it can be about contract writing, vacation, parental leave and salary for employees within the Vattenfall Group.

In collaboration with your colleagues, you are expected to provide advice and feedback to our employees for a customer experience with a focus on quality and simplicity. This includes everything from answering questions through case management systems and by phone, to dialoguing and collaborating both internally and with other HR units to resolve issues. By supporting and facilitating the business, you will help to ensure that things are done in a right and proper way.

This position is a special fixed-term employment of 9 months with good opportunities for extension.



Qualifications


  • Relevant post-secondary education in Human Resources and Working Life or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of the Office package, mainly Microsoft Excel
  • You should be able to speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.

Advantageous:

  • Experience in administrative work
  • Having worked with personnel data, employment contracts, recruitment or similar tasks
