Our electricity network is over 12,000 miles long and we distribute electricity to almost 900,000 customers. About the role

Our unit works to support customers who are partially or completely without power. We handle cases by phone and e-mail and receive reports of fault observations from field staff. Operations run 24 hours a day, all year round, which means that work takes place in shifts between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, including weekend work (06:00-18:00 or 10:00-22:00). Night shifts are not included.


In this role, you will:

  • Provide support to customers who are partially or completely without power, via phone and email.
  • Receive and handle reports of fault observations from field staff.


This work will give you a valuable insight into customer management and Vattenfall Electricity Distribution's operations. You will gain practical experience of working with customer support and field communication, which can be an excellent foundation for future career opportunities in the industry.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • You are over 18 years old.
  • You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
  • You are studying at upper secondary school.
  • If you are studying to be a distribution technician or electrical power engineer, this is an advantage.
  • Experience with customer service over the phone and email is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
