About the role

Your tasks as a Metering Operator

Our department works with the collection of metering data from our electricity network customers. As a summer worker with us, you will help with:

• Collect meter data and analyze, validate and correct incorrect meter values.
• Create cases for meter troubleshooting.
• Telephone contact with the contractor during troubleshooting and with our customers.
• Ensure that meter data and information about meters are updated and correct in our systems.

We offer you stimulating work tasks and you will have the opportunity to learn more about how the electricity market and how meter collection works.

Requirement specification

We are looking for you who are currently studying at college/university, preferably in energy, data/IT, physics or technology. Since you will handle many different IT systems, it is important that you have a good data/IT habit. Knowledge of Excel is an advantage. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement.

In this role, you will analyze data, manage different IT systems and communicate with different stakeholders. Therefore, we are looking for a self-driven person who likes to take responsibility, and who is good at working with complex issues. We also want you to be good at collaborating and communicating as you will be working with external parties.
