About the role

For VB Elnät, we are currently looking for three summer workers who want to work most of the summer (June-August by agreement).

Västerbergslagens Elnät owns, operates and maintains the electricity network within Ludvika, Fagersta and parts of Smedjebacken municipality. With approximately 27,000 customers and an annual transit of close to 1 TWh, we are an important player in the energy transition to a fossil-free society. As a summer worker with us, you will:

• Work in our NIS system (dpPower) with updating information on wires, cables and station diagrams.
• Digitize various types of technical documents.

We are also looking for a summer worker in electricity network projects where we are looking for a junior Electricity Network Projector

Requirement specification

• We are looking for you who are currently studying at college/university/vocational college with a focus on electrical power or who are attending a technical program in high school
• You need to be 18 years old
• Good computer skills
• It is important that you can communicate in Swedish, in both speech and writing

We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and believe that you are a self-driven person who takes responsibility for your work tasks. You are service-oriented and have good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you are thorough, analytical and have good computer skills.
