About the role

Do you want a key role in ensuring the operation of one of Sweden's most important energy producers? At Forsmark, we are part of the green transition and work every day to deliver stable and sustainable electricity to society. We are now looking for a committed and structured supervisor who wants to help drive development forward in electrical maintenance.

About the unit

The electrical maintenance unit is responsible for maintenance at all three plants at Forsmark. We handle everything from switchgear, power electronics, transformers, backup power both in the form of generators and batteries, relay protection, motors and much more. The work is a combination of planning, analysis and practical maintenance - we test, measure, service, replace and improve. If something breaks, we troubleshoot and find sustainable solutions. Although the plants have been around for a long time, we are constantly evolving, working both operationally and strategically to ensure safe and efficient electricity production - around the clock, all year round.

Duties

As a supervisor, you will be a key player in our team. You are responsible for preparing, planning, distributing, coordinating and managing maintenance work in close dialog with operations and your colleagues. You will ensure that the right resources are in place, that work is distributed efficiently and that everything is done with safety and the working environment in focus. The role also includes being the contact person for the plants, following up the work and, if necessary, supporting the team with troubleshooting and preventive and remedial maintenance. The workplace is mainly at the plant, but there is some possibility of remote work for flexibility in everyday life. Once you have gained sufficient experience, you will also be part of our emergency response organization.

The group consists of 15 people, most of whom have a background in electrical / electrical engineering. What really characterizes the team is their broad competence and commitment. It is a young and dynamic group with a good mix of experiences who are passionate about their work and who stand up for each other. As a new Supervisor, you will enter a phase of development where you have great opportunities to contribute your ideas, create effective ways of working for the team and shape the future.

Do you want to be part of a committed and knowledgeable team where you will be both challenged and given development opportunities? Then this is the role for you!
