About the role

Security leader for Ringhals

Do you want to be involved in creating security and protecting Ringhals against external threats? Then apply to us at Operative Surveillance, which works around the clock, all year round to ensure the safety of the plant. An exciting and fun job!

Who are we?

The Plant Protection and Surveillance unit works to protect the plant against unauthorized intrusion, sabotage or other such influences that may cause a radiological accident or unauthorized handling of nuclear material or nuclear waste. The unit has a large operational activity and cooperates closely with the entire organization and external authorities. The unit's mission is to maintain physical protection and create security. The unit provides competence and resources for the whole of Ringhals in the field of plant protection and surveillance. The Operational Surveillance group leads and performs surveillance assignments at Ringhals.

The unit is on a major development journey, which means exciting changes ahead. We are looking for you who want to contribute to our continued development!

Your tasks

Right now we are looking for a shift guard leader for our unit at Ringhals. As a Watch Leader, you lead the work of a team of security guards and are responsible for ensuring that they understand their mission and handle events in the best possible way. The area of responsibility is the management and control of the operational guarding.


Requirement specification

Who are you?

We are looking for you who love to work with leadership and have experience of supervisory positions. Experience in the security industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. However, it is important that you have experience of shift work and can handle it well. You have very good knowledge of both Swedish and English.

As a Security Manager at Ringhals, you will interact with large parts of both the security business and other activities. It is therefore important to be able to create and maintain good relationships and enjoy working with others. Your ability to prioritize tasks, document and work in a systematic way is important to succeed in the role. You also need to be able to act and make decisions independently and you have the ability to adapt your communication to the situation.
