Vattenfall Services business area Nuclear Power Service and Process Industry is looking for supervisors for the department called Industry. We work with mechanics, welding and maintenance for the process and manufacturing industry in Sweden.

We are now looking for a Supervisor who wants to help us in our customer assignments! Are you a driven Welder / Fitter and have a business mindset and who likes customer contacts? Then you are the one we are looking for!

As an employee of Vattenfall Services, you will work with a number of exciting tasks together with your colleagues in Limabacka and on our customer projects.

Your role as Supervisor

The Industry department provides services in maintenance and construction to the process and manufacturing industry in Sweden. It involves projects of various sizes in welding, pipe and steel structures. The role includes:

  • As a supervisor, report to the project manager and department manager
  • Work management and responsibility for progress in customer assignments in welding, mec and maintenance
  • Depending on your skills, you can become an assembly leader for the assignment
  • Work to compile welding documentation
  • Work to ensure that the schedule and quality are achieved
  • Have contact with the customer and subcontractors
  • If necessary, assemble and or weld

As our customers are located throughout Sweden, there may be some traveling in the service with several hotel nights, you therefore need to look positively at travel.


Requirements

We are looking for you who have an upper secondary or higher level of education in machine / workshop / industry, or equivalent work experience. You have competence in welding and we would like you to have work experience similar to this position. Experience of planning, work management or assembly work in welding and mechanics is an advantage. Experience from food/pharmaceutical jobs (FDA) is an advantage. You must be able to read and interpret drawings (ISO) and flow charts (P&ID).

  • The work as a supervisor requires that you can express yourself well in speech and writing. Therefore, good language skills in Swedish are a prerequisite for success in the role.
  • B-driving license is a requirement as travel is common in the service.
