We are looking for a technical support employee with experience in solar cells, batteries and support services. You will be part of our technical support team and provide technical support to our customers. The role requires an understanding of our products and services so that you can troubleshoot and find solutions. In your role, you will also understand the value of keeping customers in focus and having frequent and clear communication with them. A large part of the work will be proactive, i.e. identifying errors and acting on them before our customers do, identifying measures that reduce the risk of errors occurring and having a proactive dialog with our customers.

Operational responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for support cases received from customers
  • Ensure continuous and accurate feedback to customers and other stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with solar cells, batteries and support services
  • Proactive support by monitoring and identifying faults
  • Remote troubleshooting and, if necessary, sending technicians out into the field
  • Document and close resolved cases

Key deliveries:

  • Provide high quality technical support to our customers
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of our technical support processes
  • Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure a high quality product and support

Requirements

  • You have a degree or experience in engineering, electronics or electrical installations
  • You have knowledge of solar cells, batteries, support services and other related technologies and their regulations
  • Good understanding of technical terms and processes
  • Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing, Finnish is meritorious
  • Experience of technical support in solar cells, batteries and support services is meritorious
  • Driving license B

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • You are flexible and can handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • You can work independently and have good problem solving skills
  • You are structured, accurate and have the ability to document your work
  • Driven by understanding technical problems and finding solutions together with others
  • Customer focus and understanding of the value of maintaining close and clear communication with customers
  • Ability to be able to explain technical problems and solutions based on the recipient's level of knowledge
