Are you a Systems Manager who likes challenges? Then you could be our new colleague that we would like to invest in!

We offer a developing and varied work where you as a system manager are responsible for maintaining and further developing IT systems in our complex IT environment. You will work with the management of purchased standard applications but may also need to maintain self-developed applications. We also face the challenge of finding strategically sustainable solutions in new technologies in the coming years, where we see you as an important player.

You are part of a team with several system managers where you support each other. You will be working closely with the administration manager and project manager, but will also work independently in your technical area. With the right personality, there are great opportunities to develop/grow with responsibilities and tasks.

We are a company in change and with great challenges ahead of us, which requires a flexible organization and employees who have the ability to handle changes through a positive attitude.

You will mainly work with:

  • System management (contact with users, troubleshooting + proactivity, short and long term actions)
  • Continuous maintenance of management documentation
  • Installation, configuration and customization of software
  • Participate in projects and assignments, both large and small



Qualifications


We are looking for you who are analytical, curious and can see the big picture, while at the same time being able to go into details through a structured approach. You are responsible, plan your own time and are driven. You are collaborative and good at understanding the needs expressed by customers. Your absolute driving force is problem solving and technology. You enjoy a high level of activity and manage change with a positive attitude. We are a happy bunch with a lot of openness and humor.

We work in an environment characterized by very high demands on IT security.


As a system manager with us, you need the following qualifications:

  • IT technical education at university / college, which provides a good foundation to stand on, or equivalent knowledge
  • Preferably experience in system development
  • Preferably knowledge / experience of working with processes to achieve high quality, e.g. ITIL and testing
  • .e.g. ITIL and testing
  • You need to have technical qualifications/experience in some areas:
  • Windows client and server environment
  • IT security
  • .NET
  • Active Directory
  • Script language, automation (e.g. batch files, powershell)
  • SQL Server
  • IIS
  • Fluent Swedish and very good knowledge of English, both oral and written.
