We are now looking for a team leader for Stadsforsen's production team!
Our team currently consists of eight colleagues who together are responsible for the hydropower plants Stadsforsen, Hölleforsen, Järkvissle and Sillre in the Indalsälven. Among other things, we work with troubleshooting, inspection, analysis, problem solving, maintenance and improvement projects. We also have a coordinating role in shutdowns and projects within these facilities.
Right now we are preparing for upcoming plant renewals - a process that involves both challenges and opportunities for development. As a team leader, you have a central role in creating the best conditions for our joint work.
Your duties will include:
You will work administratively in several IT systems and handle technical issues and problem solving. As the central contact person for us in Stadsforsen, you report to the Group Manager for Indalsälven Nord. In addition to the Stadsforsen team, a team based in Midskog is also included in this group. In addition, you will be part of the local management team for Indalsälven Nord, where the group manager, team leader, work environment support and plant engineer work together.
Requirement specification
We are looking for you with technical training in, for example, electricity, electrical power, mechanics, energy, operation or maintenance. In addition to your technical background, you have experience of planning, coordination and / or work management.
It is meritorious if you have experience of production or operational engineering work, electricity generation, hydropower plants and knowledge of BAS P / U and ESA.
As a person, you are committed, enterprising and trustworthy. You have good collaboration skills and create the right conditions for your team. To succeed in the role of team leader, you need to be structured, have strong planning skills and be driven by working with improvements.

Good IT skills are a requirement, and you need to have experience of working with the Office package, business systems, reporting and planning tools. You speak and write both Swedish and English. B-driving license is a requirement, travel in the service occurs.

You will be based at Stadsforsen power plant (Bispgården). The position is full-time and in the future you will be part of the team's emergency response function based on a rolling schedule.
