About the role

We are now looking for an employee for the department for statistics and fault correction.

The department has an overall supporting function for the operational operation of the electricity network.

Within our unit there is a wide range of different skills with backgrounds in the electricity distribution industry such as power system specialists and fault clearance engineers.

We are keen to harness valuable skills that relate to the Network Operations & Maintenance area of responsibility which makes this post somewhat flexible. The role will be developed based on the skills you possess and can contribute, through good collaboration within the unit and department.

You will work with:

  • following up on remediation cases in one or more contract areas
  • leading reconciliation meetings with contractors in your contract areas
  • being the contact person internally and externally for remediation
  • in the long term, lead complex troubleshooting in collaboration with contractors
  • participate in developing new methods and ways of working in the field
  • participate in the work of our operating reserves
  • support and advise on operational issues

Travel is included in the service and a driving license is required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable leading meetings and making decisions, as well as enjoying the variation between working independently and in a team.

We are looking for you who have :

  • technical education with a focus on electric power, energy systems or other skills that the employer considers equivalent
  • several years of experience in a similar role as a technical manager, such as project manager or maintenance manager
  • several years of work experience in the electricity network or other experience that has given you a broad understanding of the operation of the electricity network and how it is structured
  • speak and write Swedish fluently and have a good knowledge of English

It is meritorious if you have experience of:

  • experience in leading or planning projects in the industry
  • troubleshooting, either in the field and/or within the operating organization
  • knowledge in construction law
  • material knowledge in local and/or regional networks
  • NetBas
  • Power BI
  • SAP PM
