About the role

Are you ready to step into a future-oriented technical role?

We are looking for a Technical Operations Center Operator who is passionate about technology and wants to help shape the digital solutions of the future. As our new colleague, you will play a key role in our growing and modernized business. There is a need to develop the business together with internal groups, operations centers and alarm centers, among others.

What you will do:

  • Technical Support Management: You will manage our 1st line support to resolve technical issues and ensure the smooth running of our systems. From initial problem analysis to coordinating solutions with our contractors and suppliers - your input makes a difference!
  • Working on commissioning: You'll have the chance to be involved in the installation and start-up of new technical equipment.
  • Documentation and improvement: Your diligence in documentation will help us maintain high standards and improve our processes.
  • Participate in projects and collaborate: You will collaborate with internal teams and external parties, giving you a broad experience and the opportunity to develop professionally.

Requirements specification

We are looking for you who are interested in using your technical knowledge and experience to make a difference in our organization. If you are a curious and committed person who wants to contribute to our success, then this is an opportunity for you!

What we are looking for:

  • Education and experience: You have a high school diploma in IT/Technology or equivalent documented skills and at least one year of experience in technical support, as well as knowledge of IP-based networks.
  • Language skills: You have a good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Advantageous:

  • Experience of working with IP-based networks.
  • Previously worked in development in IT or Technology.
