Vattenfall Consumer Sales Nordic is responsible for marketing and sales of electricity contracts for households and small businesses in the Nordic region. About the role

Are you a data-driven marketer with solid experience in technical SEO and web analytics? Do you like to work hands-on and contribute to business-driving results? Are you interested in improving organic visibility and driving traffic to our electricity contract services? We are now looking for a self-driven and data-driven Technical SEO Specialist who can independently analyze and implement actions to optimize organic traffic to our digital channels.

As a Technical SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic to Vattenfall Sales websites using effective SEO strategies. The role involves setting strategic goals, guiding and collaborating with external agencies, and ensuring optimal technical conditions for SEO. To succeed in the role, you will work closely with both content specialists and development teams with the goal of jointly optimizing organic traffic and user engagement. Examples of measurable goals for the work are organic ranking, organic visibility and conversion rate.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Plan and implement SEO strategies with a particular focus on technical SEO
• Independently conduct SEO analysis, identify areas of improvement and take action to improve visibility
• Create detailed SEO reports and implement recommendations, in collaboration with content specialists and developers
• Monitor customer behavior on the web and based on this find ways to maximize organic traffic and conversions
• Ensure that our website and its technical structure are optimized to rank high in various search engines
• Keep up to date on the latest trends in SEO and web analytics and propose and implement innovative solutions

Requirements

We look for you to have:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably from an agency or in-house with experience working on SEO for larger companies.
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis and tracking with experience of collecting and interpreting traffic data through analytics tools to understand performance and optimize metrics.
• Experience in driving technical optimization with the goal of improving site speed, performance and mobile responsiveness for increased conversion
• Keyword analysis examining overall search behavior to understand customer intent, as well as mapping current website content to identify content gaps
• Coordinate the creation of supplemental content to meet the needs identified in keyword analysis
• On page optimization - Optimize areas/pages through design structure and copy to maximize search engine rankings and user interactions.
• Strong drive and ability to independently lead initiatives from analysis to implementation.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you also:

• Have experience in ensuring good accessibility in digital interfaces that support WCGA AA
• Are licensed according to ICPPP
• Have a great interest in the energy industry and the desire to contribute to sustainable solutions through increased digital visibility
