Company description
Vattenfall is one of Europe's largest producers and retailers of electricity and heat. Our main markets are Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark and the UK. The Vattenfall Group has around 21,000 employees. We have been electrifying industries, powering homes and transforming lives through innovation for over a century.
About the role
Do you want to work in an energetic and dynamic team in a growing industry of the future?
The transition to an electrified car fleet is moving fast and car manufacturers are struggling to meet the demand from the market! At the same time, the demand for accessible and reliable charging infrastructure is increasing. One of the most important components of the electrification of the transport sector is the charging infrastructure, and the most important function there is the functioning of the charging stations. With Vattenfall InCharge, we want to contribute to the transition by offering companies products and services to charge conveniently and make it easy to be our customer. We also run one of the Nordic region's largest networks of public electric car charging, to make it easy to travel wherever you want with an electric car. We are passionate about what we do, and want our customers to have an excellent experience.
About the role:
We are now looking to expand our technical support and hope that you are the one to join us. You will work to resolve situations when problems have arisen with charging at our or customers' charging stations. You will be part of the Asset Management team that manages, maintains and develops existing charging stations and customer relationships. The team works both reactively and proactively.
You will be the technical expert who not only understands our products and services so well that you can troubleshoot and find solutions, but you also understand the value of having the customer in focus and having close and clear communication with them. In addition to others in the team, you will work closely with and have dialog with customers, subcontractors who provide technicians, hardware manufacturers and other Vattenfall InCharge employees. It's not uncommon for completely new situations to arise where electrical, IT, grid connection, programming and hardware knowledge need to be combined with business acumen to find a solution - but everyone in the team supports each other from start to finish. We are only as good as we are together!
Your tasks:
More experienced people also work with proactive support and are a positive driver of change and improvement. I.e. you do not wait for customers or EV drivers to contact you about problems, but you handle them before others notice them and you prevent errors/customer dissatisfaction from occurring in the first place.
