The mission of the Decentralized Solutions (DES) team is to create value to our customers by offering decentralized solutions consisting of solar and energy storage solutions - i.e. clean, distributed and renewable energy - in the future, the offering will also include services linked to these products. About the role

As a Customer Nordics salesperson at DES, you will handle several customer contacts. Special focus for you will be sales and to drive towards closing the deal by processing potential customers. You will also be responsible for following the customer's customer journey all the way to invoice. In parallel, you will have the opportunity to work with our team to develop the DES business in Sweden.

This position is a temporary position until 31-12-2026.

Operative tasks

  • Customer contacts are made via telephone, CRM and customer visits but also through various events such as customer meetings and fairs etc.
  • Offert creation according to guidelines and routines.
  • Make sure that laws, rules and regulations are followed in the process.
  • In close cooperation with other sales colleagues and especially sub-process owners "Lead to order", ensure results, customer experience and robust process - follow up your own projects and control sales costs and report deviations

Development

  • Identify, prepare and present improvement ideas especially in the sales area and if necessary participate in DES development projects/assignments
  • Ensure close cooperation and knowledge sharing with the rest of the DES team

Requirement specification

  • High school diploma or higher education
  • Documented history of working with sales towards private customers and or smaller companies.
  • Good experience in working with digital tools in Microsoft.
  • Fluent in speech / writing in Swedish and English.
  • Work experience in the construction sector, contracting or energy is meritorious
  • Prior knowledge of solar cells and / or experience from the installation industry is meritorious.
  • B driving license

As a person, you have the following abilities:

  • You are driven by sales and have the ability to understand the customer's needs in order to convert these into relevant service and solution offerings and at the same time contribute to profitability for Vattenfall.
  • A business mindset that ensures the ability to manage both external partners and the internal interfaces.
  • Self-driven, relationship building and ability to communicate effectively.
  • "Get things done" mentality, ability to work on topics of both operational and strategic nature.
  • Genuine team spirit; supporting and sparring with each other is crucial to achieve success and is something you sign up to and are happy to do.
